About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Ability to lead a project from start to finish with the following responsibilities:

Elicit requirements from a client based on industry best practices

Design a solution from a functional and technical standpoint to meet requirements

Ability to challenge customers on their requirements and drive them towards standard solutions

Understand Glog XSD

Ability to work on integration mapping documents "
Professional & Technical Skills:

Should be able to write medium- complex workflow agents in OTM

Understand Glog XSD

Excellent communication skills

Stakeholder management

Ability to lead and drive a team

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
