Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications function seamlessly within the business environment, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities:MICROSOFT TEAMS & QE REPORTING
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize QE reports related to Microsoft Teams performance and user experience.
  • Analyse report data to identify trends, disruptions, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot issues and gather feedback on reported disruptions.
  • Take proactive action based on report insights, including outreach and remediation.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across platforms. SHAREPOINT ONLINE ADMINISTRATION
  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, including site creation, structure, and lifecycle.
  • Handle user permissions and access controls in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and generate reports.
  • Support content owners and site users with best practices and troubleshooting. CROSS-TRAINING & COLLABORATION
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to support broader Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to align Microsoft 365 capabilities with organizational needs.
  • Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. --- Required
    Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, with a focus on Teams and SharePoint Online.
  • Strong understanding of QE metrics, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with SharePoint site management and permission handling.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
