Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization while maintaining a focus on user experience and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.

Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Lightning.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
