About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills :Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Summary:As a Operational Analyst your responsible for batch monitoring, incident management, and operational support of AWS batch jobs and applications to ensure high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor AWS resources and application health using Step Functions, AWS Batch, CloudWatch, Dynatrace.

Handle incidents, alerts, and service requests as per SLA using ServiceNow (L1 and L2 support)

Support patching, deployment coordination, and routine maintenance tasks.

Perform basic troubleshooting for Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS and Postgres database issues.

Escalate complex issues to L3/Engineering with proper analysis.

Maintain operational logs, reports, and shift handover documentation. Must Have
Skills:

Good understanding of AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).

Hands-on experience in monitoring and incident management of applications built using AWS (L1 and L2 support experience in AWS applications is must)

Experience in supporting patching, deployment, and routine maintenance tasks.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Willingness to work in 24x7 support or rotational shifts (5 days/week office) Good to Have
Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or ITSM tools and Python knowledge

Familiarity with Linux/Windows administration.

Scripting knowledge (Shell or Python) for basic automation.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

5 days Work from office is compulsory.
