Summary:As an Oracle Integration Cloud Tech expert, you will design, build, and integrate applications to meet business process and application requirements. Designing and developing solutions that align with business objectives and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application development.Key Responsibilities1. Technical Delivery Leadership?¢Own end-to-end design and build of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions across large-scale transformation programs.?¢Ensure adherence to Accenture??s delivery methodology, client requirements, and quality standards.?¢Drive governance, risk management, and issue resolution for integration workstreams.2. Solution Architecture & Design?¢Lead design and implementation of integration solutions using OIC components:Application Integration, Process Automation, Data Integration?¢Define integration approach, security models, and performance optimization strategies.?¢Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and other standards?¢Ownership of development of integrations between Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM) and third-party applications.?¢Ensure best practices in API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP services, and event-driven architecture.4. Stakeholder Management?¢Act as the primary point of contact for client technical leadership and program stakeholders.5. Compliance & Risk Management?¢Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and Oracle licensing policies.?¢Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.?¢Maintain audit readiness and documentation for all integration deliverables.6. Innovation & Thought Leadership?¢Stay updated on Oracle Integration Cloud roadmap, new features, and industry best practices.?¢Drive adoption of automation, AI-driven integration monitoring, and API management.?¢Contribute to Accenture??s internal knowledge base and thought leadership in integration strategy.Professional & Technical
Skills:

?¢15 years of Oracle experience, with 10+ years in Oracle Integration and middleware technologies?¢Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.?¢Strong understanding of ERP/HCM/SCM integration scenarios.?¢OIC certification / Oracle certified architectGood to have Skill:?¢Solutioning during Proposal stage
