Curriculum Manager - Content & Media

Role Overview:

The Curriculum Manager Content & Media will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing innovative curriculum and media content for EdTerra's educational programs. This role combines content creation, curriculum design, and multimedia development to deliver engaging, impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage curriculum frameworks for EdTerra's experiential learning programs.
• Design high-quality, age-appropriate educational content (print, digital, and multimedia).
• Integrate media (videos, presentations, interactive modules, etc.) into curriculum delivery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and media teams.
• Conduct research to ensure alignment of content with national/international educational standards.
• Review, edit, and update existing program content to improve quality and relevance.
• Train facilitators and internal teams on curriculum delivery and media usage.
• Track program effectiveness through feedback and make iterative improvements.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 47 years of experience in curriculum design, educational content development, or media integration.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles, experiential learning, and age-appropriate learning outcomes.
• Experience creating engaging multimedia content (videos, presentations, interactive learning modules).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital learning tools (LMS, Canva, Articulate, Adobe Suite preferred).
• Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
