A Technically competent professional with experience in Sales and Marketing with sound knowledge of Channel Management, with an analytical approach, should have strong communication and good presentation skills.
The person should have consultative selling approach. He/She would need to create a plan for business development in new & emerging segments and consultant domain.
There should be a willingness to travel across assigned territory.
Channel Development and Channel Management being the Key focus area to achieve the assigned AOP.
Sales Strategy Development :Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted sales growth within the assigned area.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify white space for channel development, Key accounts, growing segment identification, week market development, bulk business and competitor activities. Use this information to adjust strategies and approach accordingly.
Channel Management: Nurture relationships with existing channel partners, providing them with support, training, conflict management and resources to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
Identify, recruit, and on board new channel partners in white space, ensuring alignment with company goals & additional business generation.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track lead generation, business health index of zone, monthly order bookings & Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
Analyzing sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for any support required for the assigned territory.
