You are a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with prior experience in forex operations, specializing in Foreign Exchange services. Your main responsibilities will include handling end-to-end Forex operations such as currency exchange, outward remittance, inward remittance, and compliance checks. You will be required to coordinate with clients for documentation and smooth processing of foreign exchange transactions, ensuring adherence to RBI regulations and internal compliance standards. Managing client relationships and providing prompt, accurate responses to inquiries and service requests will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliations, transaction entries, and reporting. You may need to visit banks, clients, and partner offices as required, utilizing your own 2-wheeler for field visits.
