Job Title: Sales Executive/Manager-PEB & Industrial Structures Organization: Orion Developers (Ventured by SKD Group) Location: Rushiraj Annex, 3rd Floor, D'Souza Colony, College Road, Nashik-422005 Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Industrial Construction Experience: 5-8 Years (can be adjusted as per requirement) Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Industrial Structures. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of steel buildings and have a proven track record in business development and project-based sales. Key Responsibilities: · Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. · Manage the sales cycle-from lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, · Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, agencies, and end clients. · Understand client requirements and coordinate with the engineering/design team to propose suitable PEB solutions. · Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customer needs. · Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred). · Proven 5-8 years of experience in sales/business development in PEB, steel structures, or industrial construction domain. · Strong understanding of PEB design, components, erection process, and structural systems. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. · Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and visit project sites.
