Job Description

As a Cook at Westin, your main responsibility will be to prepare ingredients, cook food according to recipes and quality standards, and ensure food preparation checklist is followed. Your tasks will include washing, peeling, chopping, and storing food items, as well as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients. You will operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, and test foods to ensure they are cooked sufficiently. Monitoring food quality, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, and serving food in proper portions are also part of your duties.
