CTO/co-founder - EV Charging Management Network Software

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle at Oser.ai, from ideation and strategy to launch and iteration. Your role will involve defining and prioritizing product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. Additionally, you will develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer engagement. Conducting user and market research to make data-driven decisions and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams will also be key aspects of your role. Monitoring and evaluating product performance using KPIs and feedback to iterate effectively will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will champion an API-first approach and scalable software design aligned with EV infrastructure needs. Key Responsibilities: - Own the product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to launch and iteration. - Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. - Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer engagement. - Conduct user and market research to inform data-driven decisions and shape product direction. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality software on time. - Monitor and evaluate product performance using KPIs and feedback to iterate effectively. - Champion an API-first approach and scalable software design aligned with EV infrastructure needs. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for B2B SaaS products. - Strong analytical skills and a data-informed approach to product development and customer insights. - Demonstrated project management capabilities able to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables on time. - Experience driving product adoption, customer onboarding, and market positioning in collaboration with commercial teams. - Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Experience in the EV, clean tech, energy, or SaaS industry is a strong plus. - Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment in Bengaluru.,
