Job Description

Part-Time CTO – Key Qualifications10+ years in engineering, 3–5 years in CTO/Head of Tech roles. Strong in scalable architecture, microservices, real-time systems, and multi-app platforms. Hands-on with Node.js/Go/Java, React/React Native/Flutter, AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker/K8s. Experience with high-order-volume systems Knowledge of FEFO, QR-based inventory, perishable workflows. Ability to manage remote dev teams and drive tech roadmap. Familiar with AI integrations (routing, prediction, RAG). Available 10–20 hrs/week. ResponsibilitiesOversee full product architecture (admin, seller, picker/packer, driver, customer, dark store). Review agency capability, set milestones, ensure code quality. Reduce tech risk and avoid rework; control cost and system performance. Lead AI/automation planning (routing, picking, forecasting). Maintain security, documentation, and engineering standards. Guide the team and ensure alignment with the product roadmap. Degree or anyother Qualification in IT industries
