Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with the company's Mission, Vision, Values, and Business Objectives. Identify key areas for Social Impact and Sustainability that align with corporate goals. Build and maintain relationships with Corporates. Maintain relationship with other external stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, government agencies, and other partners. Act as a liaison between the organisation and the Corporates to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Design, implement, and manage CSR programs and initiatives that address community needs and align with the company's values. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
