CSG Assure Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for CSG Route customer environments by troubleshooting, analyzing, and delivering hot fixes for issues in the CSG Route software.
• Test, debug, diagnose, and correct errors and faults in the CSG Route solution to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.
• Adhere to service level agreements in providing technical support to customers.
• Take proactive action and system monitoring to avoid issues, and provide workarounds and resolutions for already raised issues.
• Troubleshoot issues on the Digital Route RTC system for mediation issues.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Integration Services, and SQL Server Analysis Services.
• Develop plugins using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 VB.NET and Oracle 12c as the backend.
• Provide functional training to customers.
• Perform regression testing of issue fixes and service packs.
• Deploy service packs and hotfixes in customer environments.

Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in system analysis, design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust software systems.
• Proficiency in SDLC and software development methodologies.
• Experience in financial, automobile, and telecom applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio 2013, C#, Framework 4.0, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Oracle 11g Enterprise Edition, and SQL Server 2012 R2 Reporting Service.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact at all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master.
• Experience with CSG Route software suite.
• Familiarity with Digital Route RTC system.
• Strong background in business intelligence solutions and plugin development.
