Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions within defined timelines
  • Process orders, track shipments, and update customers on order statuses
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field

Skills Required:

· Must-Have: Customer Service, MS Office, CRM Software, Order Processing, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Multitasking, Attention to Detail

· Good-to-Have: ERP Systems, Multilingual Proficiency, Analytical & Reporting Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
