Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Call Closure: Achieve 100% call closure within 24 hours TAT.

2. CSC Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of CSC office, including infrastructure and maintenance.

3. Team Management: deploy required number of ST/CROs; review performance based on KPIs.

4. Escalation Management: Timely closure of escalation complaints.

5. Performance Targets:

95% MS closure

less than 2% Repeat Calls

75 NPS in SR/MS/IR

75% SR 1hr TAT

60% IR 24hr TAT

6. Budget Management: Achieve 100% budget targets.

7. Team Motivation: Organize programs to boost ST confidence.
