Role Overview

Companies Act, SEBI regulations, RBI/NBFC norms, FEMA, and other applicable financial sector laws

Key Responsibilities

1. Secretarial & Corporate Law Compliance

• Assist in compliance under the

  Companies Act, 2013

  and related rules
• Draft and maintain

  Board, Committee, and General Meeting

  documentation
• Preparation of

  agenda, notes, minutes

  , and action-taken reports
• Support in

  statutory registers and records

  maintenance

2. Regulatory & Financial Sector Compliance

• Assist in compliances under

  SEBI (LODR, ICDR, PIT, SAST)

  (where applicable)
• Support

  RBI / NBFC / Banking / FEMA

  related compliances
• Assist in periodic regulatory filings and disclosures
  
• Track amendments and regulatory updates impacting financial entities
  

3. ROC & Statutory Filings

• Support in

  ROC filings

  (AOC-4, MGT-7, PAS-3, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)
• Assist in event-based filings and compliance calendars
  

4. Governance & Risk Support

• Support implementation of

  corporate governance best practices

• Assist in

  policies drafting/updating

  (Code of Conduct, Insider Trading, CSR, etc.)
• Help in internal audits, secretarial audits, and regulatory inspections
  

5. MIS & Documentation

• Prepare

  compliance MIS, trackers, and reports

• Maintain documentation for audits, regulators, and internal stakeholders
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Passed

  CS Executive

  (Professional preferred / appearing)
• Registered as

  CS Industrial Trainee with ICSI

• Strong interest in

  financial services, compliance, and governance
