Job Description

Hiring - COMPLIANCE MANAGER - (for our MNC clients)

Education: CS Mandatory

Experience: 0- 10 years of experience

Location: GIFT CITY, Gandhinagar & Mumbai

Working days: 5 days working

Responsibilities

Company/LLP Incorporation
Right Issue, Private Placement of securities, ESOPS etc. share capital compliances
Annual Filing, Annual Report, Change in Directors, Auditors, etc.
Filing of all relevant forms with the Registrar of Companies for Companies and LLPs
RBI filings with respect to ODI and FDI
Research and preparation of compliance reports for AIF or PMS
Assistance in SEZ, Customs, DGFT and Developer related submissions of returns and intimations. • Agenda/ Minutes and all meeting compliances of Companies
Maintaining of all statutory records and registers
Drafting of basic affidavits, letters, MOUs, NDAs, Consent letters etc.
KYC documents management and submission wherever required.
Bank related resolutions, forms, lists etc. preparation and execution
Other statutory registrations and Filings
Preparations of MIS, Data sheets related to Compliance and Compliance system updating.

Requirements

-Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
