Key Responsibilities :As a Security Lead primary responsibility are to provide Infrastructure support for Endpoint Management services with expert level knowledge on technology and people management skills This role will also include responsibilities like escalations handling, vendor management, and interaction with security leads as well as with other support teams to ensure successful operations of the Endpoint Management Service
Technical Experience :-Should have design, build or consulting experience on Endpoint Security Infrastructure-Expert level experience with deployment, maintenance and operations of one or more major Endpoint Security Products, For example:, AntiVirus: MS Defender Advanced Threat Protection, Sophos, TrendMicro, McAfee, Symantec, CylanceEDR: Carbon Black, CrowdstrikeGood Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT framework and good exposure of Service management
Professional Attributes :Work in shifts and provides after-hour and weekend on call support when requiredCCNA Security, CCNP Security, etc Good to haveEndpoint Security product certifications McAfee, Symantec, TrendMicro, Crowdstrike, etc
