CRMA Architect

Job Description: You will be responsible for understanding and implementing SDLC best practices, including system development life cycle, project management approaches, requirements gathering, design, and testing techniques. Your role will involve proficiency in data modeling and design, utilizing SAQL, SOQL, and Recipe Builder. You will be expected to have expertise in CRMA dashboard design, build, and testing best practices, along with the ability to develop CRMA Einstein Predictive Models throughout the project lifecycle. This includes working with stakeholders to understand business needs, interpreting Salesforce data structures and business processes, building and iterating on the model recipe, refining and training the model, and managing release and maintenance of Einstein Models. Your responsibilities will also include hands-on experience integrating 3rd-party data with Salesforce for CRM Analytics implementations. You should be able to translate business needs into functional requirements, effectively communicate with development teams, and oversee development, testing, UAT, and deployment. Connecting and communicating with stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and ensuring buy-in throughout the development lifecycle will be crucial aspects of your role. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira is required for this position. Additionally, you should be able to manage and support a team of developers, including task delegation, providing technical guidance, and managing communication between delivery teams and stakeholders. Experience in implementing Einstein Predictive Analytics, as well as familiarity with data management, data visualization, and predictive analytics tools and practices, will be beneficial.
