This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients. Location: Byuclla East, Mumbai Job Responsibilities As a Tele Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Conducting in-bounds calls to potential clients and customers to promote our products and services. Managing and nurturing leads through follow-up calls and emails. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales in our CRM system. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns. Working Hours: 10.15am - 7.15pm

Key responsibilities 1. Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital so urces. 2. Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decisionmakers to understand their needs. 3. Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions. 4. Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within stipulated timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide product/service information to customers clearly and confidently. Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required. Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality benchmarks. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
