Job Description

Role & responsibilities

BACK END-

Maintaining files and records, Raising Demand letter, receipts, Reminder Letters, Preparing Allotment letters, TPT/PTM.
Follow up with bankers for timely payments against demand raised.
Addressed queries related to the property paper work.
Regularly update clients regarding the development of the Project
Ensure timely reply to all emails and letters of client.
Documentation i.e. Demand, Reminder, Agreement.
All Collection related reports, i.e. billing, Milestone, demand, possession, payment received & etc through manually or by ERP (Farvision).
Sending welcome letters & demand letters to clients on timely basis.

FRONT END:-

Handling front-end relationships with the High-End Customers of the Group.
To manage customers from start till offer of possession. To solve problems of customers regarding post sales task.
Making sure timely preparation of agreements for registration and coordination with the registration team
Maintaining files and records, Raising Demand letter, receipts, Reminder Letters.
Follow up with bankers for timely payments against demand raised.
Addressed queries related to the property paper work.
Regularly update clients regarding the development of the Project
Ensure timely reply to all emails and letters of client.
Documentation i.e. Demand, Reminder, Agreement.
