Job Description

Role & responsibilities

CRM Implementation & Integration:
Lead the configuration, deployment, and integration of CRM systems across the organization, ensuring seamless connectivity with other platforms.
Workflow Automation:
Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and processes to enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
CRM Customization:
Customize CRM modules, fields, layouts, and user roles based on business requirements.
Dashboard Creation & Reporting:
Develop user-friendly dashboards and custom reports to provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, and management teams.
Reminder & Notification Setup:
Configure automated reminders, alerts, and follow-up notifications to support customer journeys, task management, and lead nurturing.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide ongoing support and training to CRM users, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT teams as needed.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Strong knowledge of CRM integration and third-party API usage.
Experience in CRM implementation projects from planning to go-live.
Expertise in workflow automation tools and strategies.
Proficient in customizing CRM components (fields, objects, workflows, UI).
Skilled in creating dynamic dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
Understanding of security best practices related to CRM systems.
Ability to set up automated reminders, alerts, and task assignments within the CRM.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
