CRM Solutions Architect

As a CRM Solutions Architect, your role involves successfully managing the delivery of the CRM suite of applications and functions to end-users. This includes managing vendors, defining solution portfolios, and testing systems and solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to perform project management tasks to implement application and system-level projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop IT architecture solutions in the CRM domain to address business problems in alignment with enterprise architecture direction and standards. - Perform technical planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications. - Develop specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings. - Assess compatibility and integration of proposed products/services to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architecture aligns with business requirements. - Standardize and simplify the existing global application framework. - Develop and enforce quality standards regarding IT Architecture and Portfolio. - Manage changes and projects within the CRM solutions domain.
