As a member of the DaeBuild CRM Software Functional Support team, your role involves ensuring the success of each DaeBuild CRM implementation. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the absolute satisfaction and happiness of each customer by providing the best functional and technical support. - Conducting QA testing on the implementation. - Providing online and onsite software training. - Hand holding the clients throughout the process. - Offering online and onsite technical support to resolve client queries, troubleshoot errors, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Performing software version upgrades. - Collaborating closely with the development team during the software development cycle. - Conducting manual testing using the latest techniques and methodologies to maintain high product quality. - Logging defects and tracking them to closure to ensure the success of each DaeBuild CRM implementation.
