Hand holding the clients. Online and Onsite Technical support which includes resolving client queries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction. Upgradations of the software versions. Work closely with development team during Software Development Cycle. Responsible for Manual Testing using latest Techniques and Methodologies and ensure that all products are of very high quality.
