CRM Software Functional Support

You are required to have 1-2 years of experience to join our DaeBuild CRM Software Functional Support team. As part of this team, your responsibilities will include ensuring the success of each DaeBuild CRM Implementation, providing excellent functional and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction, conducting QA testing on the implementation, offering online and onsite software training, hand-holding clients, and providing technical support to resolve queries and troubleshoot errors. You will also be responsible for software upgradations, working closely with the development team, manual testing using the latest techniques, logging defects, and tracking them to closure. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.,
