CRM Software Functional Support

We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience to join our DaeBuild CRM Software Functional Support team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of each DaeBuild CRM implementation and ensuring the satisfaction of every customer by providing top-notch functional and technical support. Your duties will include QA testing, online and onsite software training, hand-holding clients, and offering technical support to resolve queries, troubleshoot errors, and guarantee customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in software version upgrades and collaborate closely with the development team throughout the software development cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for manual testing using the latest techniques and methodologies to deliver high-quality products. Logging defects and tracking them to closure will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure the success of each DaeBuild CRM implementation. This is a full-time position.,
