Job Description

As a candidate from the Automobile Bike industry, you will be responsible for managing multi-location CRM Service and building profitable relationships with key customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. - Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. - Keeping customers updated on the latest products to drive sales. - Meeting with managers to plan strategically. - Expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling. - Understanding individual customer needs and addressing them. - Conducting business reviews using CRM programs. - Developing strategies based on knowledge of competition. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Two Wheeler CRM: 2 years (Preferred) - Total work experience of 5 years (Preferred) - CRM experience of 4 years (Preferred) Please note that the job type is Full-time and the work location is in person.
