Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strong working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and campaign operations Architect and implement end-to-end marketing automation strategies using SFMC modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio. Set up user roles, business units, and platform settings in alignment with governance best practices. Manage Data Extensions, lists, audiences, and segmentation strategies based on business needs. Design and manage complex multi-step customer journeys, including real-time and batch-triggered campaigns. Develop custom solutions using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), SQL, and Cloud Pages. Integrate SFMC with external platforms and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud via APIs and native connectors. Lead data design and audience segmentation strategies using Data Extensions, Lists, and Contact Models. Define and enforce best practices for email deliverability, privacy compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and data governance. Support campaign reporting and analytics using SFMC native tools or integrated platforms (e.g., Datorama, Tableau). Preferred candidate profile
