Job Description

As a Product Manager, CRM Platform at Ford Motor Company, you will be an integral part of the team during a significant business transformation period. Your role will involve leading the utilization of Salesforce CRM platform to enhance digital products and effectively engage with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and implement platform features and capabilities. - Conduct detailed analysis of business needs to identify and prioritize Salesforce platform capabilities. - Create Requirement Documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for efficient implementation of platform features. - Manage product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals. - Understand problems with a data-driven approach, drive initiatives hands-on, and collaborate with engineering teams for technical feasibility. - Act as a proxy for the North American Group Product Manager, representing their vision and priorities to the development team. - Gather, prioritize, and manage user stories and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. - Facilitate communication between development team and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of user stories. - Make informed decisions on behalf of the NA Group Product Manager when necessary, escalating significant issues. - Seek feedback and identify areas for improvement in product development processes. Qualifications: - Understanding of Ford Credit's consumer, commercial, and wholesale businesses is preferred. - Master of Business Administration degree preferred, Bachelor's degree in relevant fields accepted. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Technical fluency with knowledge of APIs, AI/ML, cloud services, and analytics preferred. - Experience working on global teams and in a matrixed team structure. - Ability to deliver high-impact outcomes, make trade-offs, and prioritize effectively. - Previous experience in customer-related services or receivables is a plus.
