CRM Operation Support

You will be joining Apcons Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a company dedicated to supporting USA-based clients through the automation of operations and delivery of insightful data dashboards. We are currently looking for passionate individuals to become part of our team, including interns who are welcome to apply. Your responsibilities will include thoroughly understanding project requirements, collaborating effectively with the team, ensuring timely task completion, integrating CRM systems using tools like Zapier, Make, and N8N, efficiently managing administrative tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and demonstrating a willingness to learn new applications. We are looking for candidates with 0-2 years of experience for the available positions, which include 1 position for an experienced role and 2 positions for interns. To qualify for this role, you should possess basic knowledge of RDBMS, skills in Systems Engineering, System Administration, and Information Technology, proficiency in troubleshooting and software development, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
