CRM Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CRM Intern to join our team in Surat. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management and support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain the company website
• Attend and manage customer calls
• Respond to emails and provide necessary follow-ups
• Coordinate with agents and provide support
• Maintain and update daily and monthly reports
• Assist in ticket cancellation and cargo booking cancellation processes as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to coordinate with team members and work collaboratively
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
