CRM Implementation Officer

Role Overview: As a CRM Systems Specialist, your main responsibility will be to implement and configure CRM systems according to the company's needs. You will customize workflows, modules, and reports to optimize the CRM processes. Additionally, you will be in charge of handling data migration and system integrations. A crucial part of your role will involve training users on the CRM system and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operations.
