Job Description

The hiring company undertakes turnkey projects in the fields of Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning. It is the authorized channel partner of Trane, Daikin, Carrier Equipment. They have more than 1600TR of air-conditioning plants under its regular annual maintenance. They have handled HVAC Installations at PVR Europa LOUNGE MGF MALL, Gurgaon; Schools; Recording Studios; Call Centres; Biotech Parks; Software Parks; Hotels/ Motels; Shopping Malls; Residential Buildings; Hospitals, etc. Job Role & Responsibilities: Handling customer calls, queries, complaints, feedbacks and giving service information/ guidance and resolving issues Maintain customer records in the CRM system. Calling & visiting Customers and follow-ups for pending payments Customer reconciliation Identify and suggest process improvements for better customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors (Any stream) Experience: Min 2 year in a customer service role Working knowledge of Excel and CRM software or any other customer support tools (preferred).
