Job Requirements

Handle Incoming Complaints:
Respond to customer complaints received via email, social media, Etsy, or the company website.
Track and Log Issues:
Maintain a simple complaints tracker (e.g. Google Sheets or Trello), keeping a record of all cases and their resolution status.
Coordinate with Fulfilment & Design:
Work with the jewellery maker or fulfillment team to resolve product or delivery issues (e.g. wrong size, damaged item, delayed dispatch).
Customer Communication:
Provide professional, polite, and timely responses. Reassure customers and explain solutions clearly (refund, repair, or replacement).
Follow-Up:
Ensure every resolved case is followed up with a short feedback message or satisfaction check.
Spot Trends:
Report recurring problems (e.g., packaging flaws, courier delays) to the owner to improve the process.
Basic Reporting:
Prepare a monthly summary of number and type of complaints, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Work Experience

Experience:
Some background in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is a plus (jewellery or apparel sector a bonus).
Skills Required:

Clear and empathetic communication
Good written English (for customer emails/messages)
Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
Time management & independence
Confidence using email
