Key Responsibilities :
1. Communicate with clients through various channels (phone calls, zoom meetings).
2. Provide information and guidance to potential customers about our services. .
3. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and provide updates on new offers, plans, etc.
4. Maintain & Update databases and records accurately.
5. Monitor agent performance and coordinate with internal & external teams for task
completion.
6. Draft & send business emails, client communication, preparing PPTs and monthly
business reports.
Requirements :
1. Any Graduate.
2. Excellent communication skills. Any language (Hindi/ English).
