As a CRM Executive at Cancer Healer Center (CHC), your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize customer relationships to ensure a seamless experience for cancer patients and their families. Your role will require a customer-focused approach to provide timely, empathetic, and professional support throughout the patients' treatment journey. Key Responsibilities: - **CRM Management:** You will oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate patient information and smooth data flow across different departments. - **Patient Interaction:** Track and monitor all patient inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and resolving concerns with a focus on empathy and care. - **Patient Engagement:** Develop and execute patient communication strategies, personalized follow-ups, and appointment reminders to enhance the patient experience. - **Data Analysis:** Analyze patient behavior and treatment feedback to provide actionable insights for improving service delivery and patient satisfaction. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the medical, marketing, and support teams to ensure consistent and patient-centered communication. - **Process Improvement:** Continuously review and refine CRM processes to enhance patient retention and optimize their journey through CHC's treatment services. Qualifications: - Any Graduation - 1-2 years of experience in CRM or patient service roles, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Practo, or other healthcare CRM software). - Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on patient empathy. - Strong analytical abilities to generate insights and improve processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the compassionate and effective cancer care provided by Cancer Healer Center. The salary offered is competitive and based on your experience. Please note that the work schedule is on a day shift, and the work location is in-person at Delhi, Okhla Phase -2.
