Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients to increase sales, including telemarketing and email follow-ups.
  • Analyze sales performance against various strategies, quotations, and plans to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Understand customer requirements, prepare and send quotations, and follow up for purchase orders.
  • Engage with key clients for negotiations and successfully close deals.
  • Expand the existing customer base by delivering excellent customer service and resolving client issues.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Prior experience in CRM, backend coordination, or customer support will be an added advantage.
