Role & responsibilities : Need to handle complete accounts related activities which includes cash journal vouchers, bank payments, fund transfers, deposits, cash withdrawals, GST, Tax fillings, audits and government related activities etc.,
Role & responsibilities : Identify and contact potential clients to increase sales, including telemarketing and email follow-ups. Analyze sales performance against various strategies, quotations, and plans to evaluate effectiveness. Understand customer requirements, prepare and send quotations, and follow up for purchase orders. Engage with key clients for negotiations and successfully close deals. Expand the existing customer base by delivering excellent customer service and resolving client issues. Prepare and maintain MIS reports. Candidate Requirements: Graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and email correspondence. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups. Prior experience in CRM, backend coordination, or customer support will be an added advantage.
