Job Description

CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CRM system with a focus on data accuracy and segmentation.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and engagement opportunities.
Plan and execute email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams on CRM strategies.
Track and report on key CRM metrics and campaign performance.
Oversee data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
Suggest improvements based on CRM trends and best practices.
Assist in marketing automation and personalized communication workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
1 - 3 years
of experience with CRM platforms
(e.g., MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Leadsquared).
Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of marketing automation.
Experience in campaign execution and customer data segmentation is a plus.
