Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor leads and follow-ups using ZOHO CRM.
  • Coordinate with sales/operations teams to ensure timely task closures.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports through ZOHO.
  • Handle internal team queries related to CRM tools and processes.
  • Track, verify, and submit employee expense reports in coordination with the finance team.
  • Ensure timely processing and accuracy of expense entries.
  • Assist in automation and workflow improvements within CRM and expense systems.
  • Provide support for CRM-related process improvements and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
