Job Description

  • Call customers for service reminders and follow-ups
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback politely
  • Update customer details and service records in the CRM system
  • Confirm service appointments and delivery follow-ups
  • Collect Customer Satisfaction (CSI) feedback after service
  • Coordinate with service advisors to resolve customer issues
  • Inform customers about offers, AMC, and service campaigns
  • Track repeat complaints and ensure quick resolution
  • Prepare daily / monthly CRM reports for management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
