Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after sales.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Service) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Follow up on payments, renewals, and contract terms when applicable.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and feedback trends.
  • Support the sales team with lead nurturing and post-sales engagement.
  • Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
  • Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, feedback surveys, and review meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
