Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Campaigns Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content). Define KPIs for campaigns and track performance against targets. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategies. Monitor ranking performance and implement improvements. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing campaigns. Optimize ad spending and conversion rates. Social Media Marketing Create and manage content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Increase engagement and followers organically and via paid campaigns. Website & Analytics Coordinate with web developers to maintain and update the company website. Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Heatmaps to monitor and improve site performance. Email Marketing Design and send newsletters, drip campaigns, and event promotions via tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns. Content Creation & Coordination Collaborate with designers and content writers for blogs, creatives, case studies, and infographics. Lead Generation & CRM Drive qualified leads to the sales funnel through inbound strategies. Work with CRM tools to nurture leads and track conversions. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Track industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts. Reporting & Documentation Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management with actionable insights.
