Position: CRM Executive (Female)
Department: Sales & Customer Relations
Location: Mohali
Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Maintain and update customer database regularly.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
• Track customer feedback and share insights with the sales/operations team.

Sales Support & Coordination:

• Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-up.
• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed business by explaining services/products.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order/service execution.

Communication & Client Handling:

• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding requirements or service status.
• Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) and manage client meetings.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools/software.
• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
• MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and patience in dealing with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
