Job Description – CRM Executive / CRM Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM data, and support smooth coordination between teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and comfortable handling client queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, emails, messages)
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams for customer requirements
  • Track customer interactions and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Assist in customer onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any degree (preferred: BBA/B.Com/B.Sc)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally

Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years (Both can apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,300.84 - ₹21,129.49 per month

Work Location: In person
