CRM Executive (Only Female)

• Responsible for normal duties such as reviewing, emailing and editing of important documents.
• Responsible to answer the customer query (telephonic or mail)
• Maintain and update the database of new & existing clients
• Give General Reminder call to clients regarding payment
• Coordination with production & sales team to resolve the customer queries.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills with Ability to lead a team.
• Good Knowledge of CRM systems & Good knowledge of MS Office
• Qualification : Bachelors Degree in administration or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
