CRM (Client Relationship Manager) - Share & Broker Firm

• We are urgently hiring Client Relationship Managers (CRM) for our Share & Brokerage Firm located in Ambala Cantt.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (existing and potential) regarding their trading and investment needs.
• Sales & Service: Effectively manage client portfolios, provide updates on market trends, and cross-sell relevant financial products (equity, mutual funds, etc.).
• Communication: Handle client queries and grievances professionally and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Documentation: Ensure all client onboarding and transactional documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.

Requirements & Compensation

• Education: B.Com / Any GraduateExperienceFreshers or Experienced candidates welcome.
• Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in Banking Sales or as a Relationship Manager (RM) will be preferred.
• Language: FLUENT ENGLISH ONLY (Excellent verbal communication is mandatory)
• Location: Ambala Cantt
• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance)
