We’re Hiring: CRM, Logistics & Operations Executive — Surat

Zevar Amaze (India’s growing silver, moissanite & lab-grown diamond jewellery brand) is looking for a CRM, Logistics & Operations Executive to join our team in Surat.

What you’ll own:

• Handling customer queries & CRM through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
• Coordinating shipments, RTOs, replacements, and returns via Shiprocket/other platforms.
• Overseeing order flow from Shopify to delivery.
• Maintaining daily trackers for CRM, logistics, and operations.
• Supporting smooth coordination across teams for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in D2C or E-commerce operations / CRM.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shiprocket, Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
• A problem-solver with ownership mindset.

Location: On-site in Surat, Gujarat

Type: Full-time, 6 days/week
